Voted Best New Restaurant 2013 by LA Weekly, The Burger Lounge serves 100% grass-fed and grass-finished hamburgers, boasting several new locations in southern California.
Sourcing their beef from Tallgrass Beef in Sedan, Kansas, The Burger Lounge maintains that their beef is “better for you, it’s better for the environment, and it tastes better.” Indeed, these burgers taste amazing. Served on iceberg lettuce with an option of organic cheeses, this Paleo Friendly restaurant caters to not only the health conscious and eco-conscious consumer, but also to the discerning Paleo eater as well.
The Burger Lounge also has a food truck that frequents popular locations in San Diego and Los Angeles, and they have also partnered with Buster Biofuels— using reclaimed cooking fuel to help run the unit, which we think is cool.
Though we cannot say with 100% certainty that Burger Lounge will strictly adhere to Paleo principles, it certainly looks promising.
